How to Remove "Tempera Theme Powered by WordPress"

    How do I edit or remove the section at the bottom of the footer that says “Powered by Tempera & WordPress”?

    I teied looking through the footer.php file and did not find it. I also would have simply used a display: none; command in my CSS, but could not even find the name of the element in the CSS file. Thanks in advance.
