Space Between Slider and First Post

Hi there, just wanting help with creating a bit more of a space between the slider and the first post. You can see what i’m talking about here:

I know there was a previous user who asked the same question, with a response coming through suggestion to edit the themes located inside the WordPress installation in wp-content/plugins/featured-articles-lite/themes. Unfortunately, I only use the online version of WordPress, and have no idea where I can edit it there. Hope I’m being clear, i’m a bit of a noob at this. Just to clarify, I don’t have wp-content files on my actual computer.
