When I use the import CSV button, I get the following error on a blank white screen:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_option() on a non-object in /home/content/h/u/n/hunterhogan/html/wp-content/plugins/users-ultra/xooclasses/xoo.userultra.user.php on line 296

    This is the CSV file:

    "user name","email","display name","registration date","first name","last name","age","country"
    "test account","[email protected]","test--delete me","21-05-2014","Test","Delete","21","USA"

    Troubleshooting

    1. Saved as Ansi and UTF
    2. Tried with and without quotes

    Hi,

Please update to Version: 1.0.61. The issue should be fixed.

Could you kindly send me a confirmation if you were able to import your users?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards
    Alex

Excellent. I updated the plugin, and the following CSV worked:

    "user_login","user_email","user_pass","first_name","last_name","display_name","role"
    "test_delete","[email protected]","HuX?R4U@","Test","Delete-me","Test Delete-me","contributor"

Well, it imported and was on the list. I didn’t check more closely than that. Error is gone.

Ha. Opps. I used a different plugin to do the above import. I went back to Users Ultra and the above import did not give an error. The result was

    1 - User name: user_login Email: user_email
2 - User name: test_delete Email: [email protected]
    --- Finished ---

So, you fixed it, but I used the wrong file format to show you fixed it. ??
