Problem with customer login

    Hello everyone, I hope you can help me!

    I’ve just finished the web page (ecommerce store) I’m working on the free version of the Virtue Theme and I’ve been testing everything to check if all works. (Awesome theme by the way).

    I’m using the WooCommerce plugin, and everything is at their latest versions.

    The problem I’m having is that a user already registered cant login to his account. For example I create an account during purchase (I log out as admin, clear cache and simulate a purchase and also a normal registration), and when everything is paid I can see I’m still logged in as the buyer, but if I log out an go to the My account page and try to log back in I get this error all the time:

    Please try to submit the form again.

    I also get this error if I go directly to the my account page and register, which I can do with no problems and even receive the confirmation email with the username, but when I try to log in I get the same error:

    Please try to submit the form again.

    I don’t know if this could be a theme problem or a WooCommerce problem. How could I solve this issue?

  • Sounds like your using a captcha check, but most plugins don’t hook into the woocommerce my-account page but you would still be failed because you didn’t fill it out. Try disabling any of those plugins.

    I was using Easy Captcha plugin, I disabled it and everything is working perfectly.
