Blank page when updating settings

  • We are using w3 total cache for our wordpress multisite.
    After installing the plugin, when I tried to save the setting of page, minify and db settings in general settings tab, its showing blank screen.

    And sometimes the whole page goes blank.

    When I checked I got the below error.

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function w3tc_get_themes() in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/extensions/GenesisAdmin.php on line 152

    Can you please let us know how to debug this issue.
