Yes, I’ve been searching in https://www.ads-software.com/themes/, but it`s difficult to find the right one. Actually what I want is to have a background image that stays on all pages and is a full background image of the home page.

You should pick the theme you want then worry about the background image later as it easily achieved via css in any theme eg..

body {
background-image: url(‘LINK-TO-IMAGE-FILE-HERE’);
}

And just have a blank homepage
