How to acomplish a multiple memberships scenario

    Hello,

    First of all, great plugging. I’m currently using the free version and It’s amazing! Thanks a lot for developing it.

    I’m trying to figure out what would be the best way to accomplish the following:

    I want to have Membership A, which will be yearly recurrent and Membership B, which will be monthly recurrent. Here is where it gets tricky… I want members in Membership A to be able to buy the subscription to Membership B, but I still want them to pay for their yearly recurrent membership fee for Membership A. And if they ever cancel Membership B, they should still be honored the reaming time of their Membership A membership.

    So basically Membership B is not an ad-don/upgrade membership. In fact, I want people to be able to buy Membership B even if their not subscribed into Membership A.

    Is that possible?

  • I am not 100% sure but i don’t think s2member can yet, handle two concurrent recurring membership. Hopefully Cristian can come and confirm that (or give you a workaround).

    Yeah, s2Member can’t do more than one subscription at a time yet.

    The closest you can do to achieve what you said, would be having the user register a second account for the second subscription, but then he’ll have to use a different username and email address, because WordPress required them to be unique for each account.
