Mass installer, account manager

I am looking for an application that could help me install and manage multiple WordPress blogs on multiple domains/servers.

Basically, I already have my master WP installation (including a custom-built theme, set of plugins, pre-defined options, etc.). Now, I would like to replicate it on another server without the need to go through the customary installation and then spending additional hour to upload plugins, change the default options, etc.

Also, it would be great if it was possible to make 1-click changes to already created installation (for example, when I modify my theme, add a plugin, or change some options set up).
