Tablepress WP Notepad

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

My assumption is that that plugin is not using the regular WordPress Shortcode API for its Shortcodes, but a custom implementation.
It should however be possible to make those work in table cells with a small piece of code. To find that, I’d however need to take a look at that plugin. Now, WP Notepad seems to be a commercial product, from what I can see, so I can’t see the source, unfortunately. Could you therefore search for lines that look similar to

add_filter( 'the_content', ... );

in the PHP files of the plugin?

thanks for checking. That code looks like it has been obfuscated bu the developers presumably to prevent people from stealing their product without paying.
Unfortunately, this means that I’ll not be able to find the relevant code to enable the Shortcode from this.
I can therefore only suggest that you ask the WP Notepad developers for it. Sorry.
