Missing Glossary Items

I am missing the bulk of my Glossary items. I have 1488 items entered in to the Glossary list , but only the first two pages show in the dashboardhttps://screencast.com/t/pGqQw9QayLz, and up to G shows in the front end https://sageography.myschoolstuff.co.za/glossary/
I have the latest WordpPress version and the latest version of CM Tooltip Glossary
