Minify/Combine CDN

Hello.
I have enabled a pull CDN service (https://www.entercdn.com/en) on my website (https://www.value2market.com/) and have successfully integrated it to W3 Total Cache. I get better grades now on both Page Speed (92) and Yslow (96), but this has also generated some query strings:

My minify settings are:
Before </head> Combine only
After <body> Minify
Before </body> Combine only- First I would like to ask if it’s ok to minify/ combine these strings and CSS resources.
- Second, I cannot find them in the minify help wizard. Does this mean (if it’s ok) that I have to add them one per one manually?
