404 on CPT index page

I have updated both WordPress and the Types plugin but my custom post type “podcasts” is no longer accessible from the production site. I have tried re-saving my permalinks, I’ve verified the url is correct, I’ve disabled all plugins and still nothing works. I’ve tried to post on your free forum but it keeps asking me to login, even though I’m registered and logged in.

I’ve tried installing Debug This to debug the error but my admin bar is missing from the podcasts 404 page.

I’m not sure what to do next.
