Editing of form fields

Hello

Very good booking calender. I am considering buying the pro version but I need to make sure that everything works first.

I have edited my default form where I have changed the name of the fields to Danish and added a drop down menu with 2 options.
However, my editing does not work. Everything is still in English and the drop down menu does not even show the 2 options.
