Testimonials showing as list rather than rotating, on first cycle

Hi. I am using your plugin on the site connemaralettings.ie as a widget in the footer. As you can see it lists all testimonials, expanding the footer, and then as it rotates through the list the top one dissapears until after one cycle behaviour is normal. Do you know what could be causing this?
