12 thumbs per image, even outside WP's size settings

    Is there a way to influence the amount of thumbs and their sizes that are generated? If I delete all generated size except the originals, and then regenerate, I end up with at least 10 sizes per picture:

./2014/04/IMG_3086-865x471.jpg
./2014/04/IMG_3086.jpg

    Sizes go beyond the sizes set in WordPress > Settings > Media. There’s thumbs (150×150), small (300×300) and large (1024×1024). Generated sizes go under the 300.

    Any tips/advice welcome.
