Nasty bug/problem with network activate/deactivate plugins

  • HELP!

    WP 3.9.1

    Network activate/deactivate plugin working the oposite way.

    When plugin is activated on the network admin it gets unavailable on the network sites.

    When plugin is deactivated on the network admin it gets available on the network sites.

    It should be the oposite (it was).

    Starting from scratch is not an option I badly need to fix this.

    PLEASE HELP ME.
