    The free version of the plugin doesn’t have that many powerful optimization features built into it. It only has CDN offloading and file optimizing capabilities, which give slight performance and offloading but the real performance optimizations are built into Blue Hat Turbo Pro which combines your javascript and css, so with that one you would notice a drastic increase in your page speed, but the free version is minimal.
