After Updating to 3.8.14 Checkout pages don't work

I just updated to 3.8.14 from 3.7.8. the checkout pages are not working, after clicking purchase button it remains on checkout page . I am using the most recent version of WordPress and the theme I am using worked fine with the older version of WP e-commerce.
What can be wrong?
