• I recently posted a topic called “Please enter valid Post Code” and I have now been able to isolate the issue.

    When a customer tries to make a purchase from my clients website if they are using chrome or firefox the checkout system seems to work, but if they are using Internet Explorer (I have tested it on 8 & 9) they are not able to get to paypal and are continually returned to the checkout screen with the message that the Post Code is invalid.

    This is causing a lot of issues for my client and I would appreciate it if anybody has seen this problem before or if there is a fix for it. I am using wp e-commerce version 3.8.14.1

  • My customers have informed me than in Internet Explorer, they are unable to calculate proper shipping with the shipping calculator. The customer selects the Country, then the State. At that point, the Country selected reverts to “Select a Country”. Maybe this ties into the same issue.
