Membership Package Payment Question

We are using this for a members section on a clients site, the members pay their dues at a certain time of the year, regardless of when they sign-up. Is there a way somehow between Users Ultra and WooCommerce if necessary, to have them join and pay members dues for the given “year” they are in and then it will ask them to repay in June for then next year?

Example: They sign up in January, and pay for the 2013-2014 year, then in June, their membership expires and pay for the 2014-2015 year.
