    Hello,
Ive found that with the [huge_it_slider id=”2″] in the page, it makes the whole page disappear except the header. Ive updated the plugin but it is still happening. It is as simple as removing the tag and it works again. Ive also created a new slide and changed some of those variables and the issue remains. Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Adam

However, ive got v2.5 and the most up to date version is 2.5 but the same issue is happening. Am i doing something wrong here?

@huge_it Really? You need admin access? Hasn’t this come up before…?

@tomorrownight Can you switch to the Twenty Fourteen theme and deactivate all of your other plugins? This is a temporary step to see if there is a theme or plugin conflict.

If the slider displays correctly then try re-enabling that WPmigV3 theme. I suspect it’s a theme issue but trying those troubleshooting steps may help without granting the plugin author access to your site.

    Hello, thanks alot for this.

Ok i did as you said, and disabled all of the plugins and the theme (changed to 2014) and it still didnt work. obviously the page came back when i went a step further and disabled HUGE-it.

Should i just use a different slider plug in?

    Thanks,

    Adam

ok ive also also tried deleting and re installing the plugin.

I was concerned the client was getting tense so ive abandoned HUGE IT altogether and used “Cyclone Slider 2” which is really good! Highly recommend!

We haven’t faced any similar issues
maybe the user is not either following the instructions or has plugin conflict
we have tested the plugin with the
standard themes and it worked just fine
    Thank you.

yeah it usually works for me, thats why i use it when ever i need to, but something happened one day (client was fiddling) and it just stopped working and there is nothign we can do to get it back. The client wasnt doing anything deep, just editing and creating pages.

I am using Artisteer (dont judge) generated theme, but its worked before with them.
