Instant WordPress

Hi, I have installed “Instant WordPress” (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Installing_WordPress#Installing_WordPress_on_your_own_Computer) on my flash drive and I installed Gantry, both the plugin & the theme. The theme is unable to access the CSS files. When I use other themes they are able to access the CSS files. So this says the there is some sort of problem with Gantry and the “instant WordPress” program. May someone one help point me to the possible problem?
