• Hi,

The letter D appears on the top left hand corner on mobile versions of all my posts.

It appears on individual posts but not the home page. I tested this in incognito mode in Chrome and on my HTC One.

I tried turning off plugins and changing my theme. This didn’t work.

    How can I fix this?

    Thanks for the help.

    My website is https://www.workreadplay.com

  • The d is always there, its just that when the page width is greater than 960 px, different css kicks in to hide it.

Before you turned off your plugins, did you delete all the cached pages in WP-Super-Cache. Just to be sure you were seeing the results of deactivating the plugins and not some earlier cached version of the page.

I viewed your page with javascript disabled and the d did not appear, so it looks like a javacript is writing the d after page load. With something like 40 javascripts on your page it may be hard to pin down which one is responsible. The debug procedure would be to deactivate all the plugins again. Also deactivate the social media stuff because most of this comes with javascripts, it could be one of them, then look through the code of the remaining javascripts. It’ll still be tricky to track down which one is causing the problem.
