The Media button allows you to add images to your WordPress site. You can add them directly to a page as an individual image or a gallery. There are also a number of plugins that will work for you. I suggest you take a read here to learn about Gallery plugins.
I’m not going to give you a full rundown of how to use the media button, instead I am going to point you at a few helpful sites/services.
