why I dont take the notifications, the chat messages in email

Not sure I understand your question. When a new visitor starts a chat, you should receive an email with their information. You should also hear a “ding” and see a green notification in the WP Admin area.

This is when I am offline, yes.
When I am online, and live my desk for a work out of the office, is it possible to receive the text messages through email notifications?
I am asking that because I was online, and I lost the sound of “ding”, and I never understood that someone was trying to communicate with me.

It happen more than 3 times.
So the question is, when the mode is online, and the trigger comes out, and someone replies, besides the “ding”, is there any way to be informed by email? (I would ask for sms also but I think it is only for US phone numbers)

Neither the ” ding” which is a sound that can be easily missed (if the speakers are off) neither the WP admin area can notify you correctly (you cannot stay at WP admin area look when the notification light will turn up green). At the setting area says that the chat messages should come also as emails. I have not receive them when someone answers to my trigger. Why is this happening?

There ARE emails sent out when new visitors start chatting – it sounds like there may be an SMTP issue.
