Adding Plugin Widget but CSS and Jquery not loaded

  • Hello all! ,

    I’ am building a new WordrPress theme. I installed a couple of plugins; Social Count Plus and WP Tab Widget. But whenever I tried to pull them into the theme, it only appear a few texts, without any styling and the jqeury also not working. I tried to revert to WordPress 2014 theme and it worked properly. I believed that there’s something I missed.

    Hi, after struggling for 7 hours; I just realized that I’ve forgotten to put <php wp_footer();> ,
