Stumped: 1 form sends, the other doesn't

    It does seem to be an issue with the form itself.
    I rebuilt it using the same fields but without changing any labels and it worked.
    When I changed labels to the same as the non working form, it stopped working.
    There’s nothing funky in the labels as far as I know. I did remove any punctuation just in case.
    The form generates some bad html according to a validation tool:
    ” Element div not allowed as child of element ul in this context.”
    But I’m not sure if that would prevent it from sending….
