Error code 404 on all blogs in app

hi. I havent used my wordpress app in about 3 months and tried signing in today. got in no problem but when I refreshed my blog i get

error while loading ____ server returned http response code 404 – the ____ is ‘loading blogs’, ‘loading comments’, page status, post status, tags, categories, recent posts, pages, blog options, post formats’… i have 10-12 error messages all in a row.. and cant get into the blog.
