Admin Bar Goes Gray on Homepage

Good Day,
When I select combine css and or decrease css my admin bar goes away and turns grey but only on the home page. I open in a separate browser without login in and it show’s grey admin the rest of the site seems to be fine. Please guide not a super tech guy! Thanks
