Field Heading Changes will not save

  • Hello,
    I am trying to edit the field data in my Big contact setup page and for some reason, the information loaded into the Fields cannot be saved/changed. I have checked your support site and it looks like this has been an issue in the place. I press enter after making the change without success. I have checked the permissions on the directory and they are currently set 775.
    Are you able to help?

    Mine has worked fine for ages – Now I need to change details it will not save so deleted and re-installed, now I cannot save any new data

    Please help
