Ya lo hice, pero igual no funciona.

If there is no mention of this in your site’s error logs, I would update your php error log settings to ensure that 500 errors are recorded and/or contact your host to ask them to ensure error logging is set high enough.

To troubleshoot further, we simply need a bit more information on what your site is seeing. It is akin to your car’s “Check Engine” light coming on–just need more data to know why. ??
