Add new post is not showing format buttons

  • Whenever i try to create a new post on my blog “Newsorena” , add new post page doesn’t open and if it opens it doesn’t shows format buttons to customize text and to add media. I’ve done everything i found on WordPress support forums like
    1.Disabling Plugins and activating one by one.
    2.Clearing Browser Cache and Cookies.
    3.Downgrading WordPress from 3.9 to 3.8 ( Everything was working fine with 3.8 but now it’s also not working )
    4.Changing theme to default WP theme.

    But still i am unable to troubleshoot problem exists. Kindly help on this issue as i didn’t get a right answer yet anywhere on the internet.

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the 2014 theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
