Search features are not working on free version

    I’ve just started using the Events Calendar, and so far it’s awesome, but the search features that are at the top of the main “Events” page don’t seem to be connected to any content within the events. Doing a search doesn’t pull up any information or list any events at all. Does anybody else experience this problem/know a solution to it?

    I’ve also noticed that in View As Day, if I go right to the day in question I don’t see anything listed at all. I see the events I’ve created only in Upcoming Events, their own event page, and Calendar View for the month. Thanks for any ideas.

    Hi thirdwave,

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble. The search should definitely be functioning- I’m wondering if something is conflicting with it. Have you tried deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve?

    If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.
