HTTP request failed

Hello,
Just today right before the update I now receive the following error:
Warning: file_get_contents(https://www.geoplugin.net/xml.gp?ip=XX.XX.XXX.XXX): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/kento-post-view-counter/index.php on line 545
I’ve made no changes to my site. How do I have this fixed?
I even updated the plugin but the error still shows on all my posts :/https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/kento-post-view-counter/
