My Custom Background and Header are gone

Is this the header?
If yes, I can see it. No text in it, though.

You (or somebody else) must have done something, stuff don’t just happen. Someone changed or updated something, had to, no other way.

What you see now is the default header for the theme, not the custom header that’s been on my site for a year.

I’m completely bewildered. One night my site looks the way I choose, the next morning it doesn’t. I don’t even see an option in my Dashboard to add a background. Or a way to add a header in the Editor. (I’m not technical – I don’t know what else to do.)

Gotta be more to it. Like I said, it’s absolutely impossible for it to just change without a human hand behind it somehow. You have to agree to update everything. And if you where hacked, somehow I doubt they would just mess with that and do nothing else.

Someone else must have the password to your site if you’re not “technical”, so they could come on and edit the site, yes?
