how to remove the 'share this' label above sharing icons?

  • Hi, Dave, if you haven’t already done this:

    – Dashboard
    – Sharing
    – Settings

    At the bottom, you can change the “Share This” label to another label OR you can uncheck all of the page types to prevent the buttons from showing up at all.

    Separately, inside of Jetpack settings, you can scroll down to the Sharing option and deactivate it.

    As dmitcha says, if you don’t want the sharing icons at all, best to completely deactivate the module via the Jetpack->Settings and clicking the Deactivate link next to Sharing.
