    I think you seem to have activated the Launch Effect theme. It could be a guess, but as I am currently using it and I can’t see features like “Set Featured Image”. maybe your problem is related.
    Try to change the theme and see if things work out.

    thank you reply me , but not about themes other site web ,marinadev miss visual tab and text editer and miss text list. new wp v3.9.1 . how fixed this issuer ,
