Pink 'Call on us' image not changing, phone # incomplete

    Yesterday I replaced the spa-tag.png file via ftp client. The image changed to my own, behind the “Call On Us” and phone # text.

    Later in the day and today, the image has gone back to the pink sign and the telephone number, which I changed to (404) 555-5555 only displays (404) 555-. I double checked that the telephone # was complete in the settings, and it is.

    I didn’t change anything on the website, aside from adding more images. I’m not really sure what happened, but trying to replace the image again did not work.

    Any ideas?

    Where can I go to just change the LINK of the image in the editor? I think this may solve my issue?

    The weird part is that I changed the image twice, and on my laptop it’s one image and on my work computer it’s another image, and on another work computer it’s the original pink image. I cleared cache and all browsing history, etc etc on each browser, everything except for saved passwords. This didn’t fix it.

    The Contact No- in the banner-strip is (404) 555-5555.

    And refer this link for the image.I can see there is One Feature Image showing in all cases.

    Yes,on the small screens like mob. the three thumbnails are hidden.

    I wasn’t referring to mobile browsers, I was referring to different computers and browsers.

    It might be due to diff resolution on diff working screens.

    The above link works well at my all browsers.

    Are you using any of the cache plugins.

    IF yes than empty your cache.

    I replaced the image via FTP client, then cleared my cache in all browsers. That seemed to be the issue! Thanks ??

    Okay, so this DID work… until I updated the theme today. Now the pink image is back, despite re-uploading my new .png image via FTP. Did they maybe change the file name on update?
