I did this: Customer selects state in checkout. (Not working consistently) – I made the shipping address, city, state fields mandatory and it still is not passing state through and doesn’t always allow the state to be selected.( it gives error: “Please enter a valid state.”)

I deactivated all other plugins and tested with the same results.

I expected WPeCommerce to do this: allow customer to proceed through checkout process.

Instead it did this: Intermittently doesn’t keep state setting. My client has had some orders go through, but the state still doesn’t show on the order. He contacted Authorize.net and they said that the shopping cart is not sending the state with the payment details.
