Please check you PayPal credentials if there is an extra space for example, or contact PayPal about your credentials.
This error usually occurs when the credentials are not correct.

These credentials were working when I used free version of booking calendar but now its not working. Still i need to contact with PayPal

And, ‘Enable PayPal Sandbox’ disable.
