Lightbox behaves differently

I’m using the plugin and in some galleríes it works just fine. I click on any picture and it shows the larger pic and also the full size button: https://iconad.mx/iconad/nuestros-clientes/personalidades/barbara-mori/
But in some others, whenever I click it shows a small picture and no full size button: https://iconad.mx/iconad/nuestros-clientes/marcas/colgate/lady-speed-stick. What am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance

What’s the full-size button you are referring to?
Are your images in the second gallery adequately large enough? They look very small to me. Try uploading one of your other images that look large into the 2nd one’s gallery. Does it show the image large or small like the rest?
PS you have numerous JS errors on your website and missing images trying to load
