Help changing the color of links

So I’m pretty comfortable editing CSS but I can’t seem to figure out how to change the color of the links specifically under the Work tab, where I have the galleries of images with text when you hover over. I want them to be white when you hover over the image, not just when you hover over the text. Right now they’re gray.
