• 2 emails added to the subscribe space yet no evidence of them being added to my subscribe list despite them saying they cannot add their email again since site informs them they have already subscribed…AND the site is appearing in their reader.

Further test done this morning, subsriber successfully added but no email notification any more to me saying they have subscribed !! So what is going on? Have to sort this out quickly,

Here is where they are subscribing to in my post..very frustrating, don’t want to alienate or miss out on subsribers

so they subscribe from the button at the bottom of the post above DoinDubai has been featured in etc etc.

    Many thanks Monica

    Hi,

We can check on this in more detail if you have the e-mail addresses of the subscribers impacted. You can contact us privately via https://jetpack.me/contact-support/ (and please include a link to this thread).

Is it possible that they didn’t confirm the e-mail address via the e-mail sent to their address?

I updated your account on our end—there was a bit of old data from your previous WordPress.com cached that needed to be removed, so that may solve this issue as well going forward.

Thanks! Marking this as resolved since we can finish via the contact support form.

Hi I don’t understand how I can follow up the problem on the jetpack support link you’ve provided as it’s just a general support search window, how can I follow up? so my issue is still not resolved, why am I no longer receiving emails telling me new people have subscribed either via wordpress or email?

I wait to hear from you,

    Thanks Monica

    Hi,

Please enter any search term and a contact form will appear. A lot of common questions are already covered in the docs so we have the quick search feature to save some folks time.

    Example:
    https://cloudup.com/c-X6gTi8tYJ

If someone has already entered their e-mail address, but never confirmed the subscription, they can enter their e-mail address at https://subscribe.wordpress.com to get a link to confirm any pending subscriptions.

    Thanks!

I’m having trouble with subscriptions on my blog.

    https://www.abitoverexposed.com

I have entered my email address (a couple different ones) and have never received the email to approve following the blog.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Anyone else who has filled out the subscribe list is not getting the email notification either.

    Thanks

    @cfritchie:

I entered my e-mail address and received the confirmation e-mail. Could you contact us privately with the e-mail addresses you’ve tried as well as the full debug info from your Jetpack site?

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

To do so, follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on “Help” tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for “Jetpack Debugging Center.”
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box (include here the e-mail addresses tried) and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

For future reference, next time please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/jetpack#postform

It gets hard to manage multiple support requests in the same thread since often the causes for the issues aren’t the same. Thanks!
