How have I deleted my website?

I was trying to delete the comment section in the theme.php part of the editor (using Arcade theme) and I must have deleted the wrong bit because now, whether I go on the URL or the wp-admin section it’s just showing up blank.

Any idea how I can go back and change this if the wp-admin section is just a blank screen?
