Please make sure you have logging enabled, so we get more information from the transactions. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Log Files

I was in Haiti for a week. I will try these things. Should I uninstall S2 and reinstall? Will this mess up all the user information?

If you’ll update your installation, make sure you have the deactivation safeguards enabled, that way your s2Member data won’t be lost.
