problem with header size

  • When I display the dimensions of your header image it tells me that it is 2,500px × 600px (scaled to 1,238px × 297px). If you resize your header image to the recommended size of 1260 x 240 I think you will solve your problem.

    well on the header tab. it says that the recommended size is 2,500px × 600px.
    I just re-sized it to the dimensions you just gave and still the same result…

    I downloaded your header image into the twenty fourteen theme and had no problem.

    Are you adding the image using the Customize feature?

    When you choose the image do you see the cropping feature? Are you dragging the corners of the cropping feature over the whole picture?
