    Howdy,

Are you trying to download 3.0.2 from within your site’s dashboard or directly from www.ads-software.com?

    Are there any error messages?

From directly in the dashboard. I didn’t see any error codes.

That’s odd. There is nothing unique about Jetpack as compared to other plugins on how the update process works.

Could you check your site’s error log (or contact your hosting provider if you’re unsure how to see this), as there may be information there.

Alternatively, you may need to upgrade by downloading the plugin directly from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jetpack/ , extracting it and uploading it over the existing version via FTP.

    I got an error code.

    Could not copy file jetpack/languages/jetpack-ru_RU.po

    Hi,

That typically suggests that there is either a permissions error on your server, or more likely, your server doesn’t have enough space for the expanded files (starting with that one).

I’d suggest checking the site’s quota/server remaining disk space to sure there’s enough for Jetpack.

    Thanks!

Hi Brandon, I’m new to the forum so If I’m posting this in the wrong place I apologize. I have some issues with jetpack and I need help.

I installed Jet Pack 3.1.1. When clicking on Setting I get: ” You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” and I’m Login as Administrator.
Them I tried to connect to to WordPress.com and I get:” Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 406]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: https://jetpack.me/support/”

I know that it’s not a server issue since I have hosted in the same server many other websites with Jetpack and works fine. I check file permission and are all set to 755 (same as other working website)

I also deactivate the rest of the plugins and change the theme to the default Twenty Fourteen without results

I’m running out of options here so any help will be highly appreciated

    Thanks to all
