Shortcodes not working

    Hi,

    I am having trouble with the plugin shortcodes. The only one working is the [download] shortcode, but no matter what attribute I add it always displays the standard download link (title with download count). On the other hand the [download_data] shortcode always outputs: ‘download not found’ message on the web site even when the id exists.

    This behaviour is same in both pages, posts and widgets.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Since I am using an older version of the plugin (v3.3.6) which is no more supported in combination with email-before-download plugin, please dissregard my question.
    I’ll have to find another solution.
