Plugin Stopped Working on Multisite

    Hi,

    I’m licensed for Multisite with this plugin and it’s been fine until today. All of a sudden when I go to the NextScripts settings page I get:

    “This version of the plugin is not compatible with WordPress Multisite Edition. Please contact your Network Admin for the upgrade.”

    I have NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster v 3.3.9 as well as NextScripts: SNAP Pro Upgrade Helper v1.1.9

    Does anyone know why this would have suddenly stopped working and how to resolve it?

  • You’re licensed? Is this relating to a commercial plugin? Only I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

    Mike Turner All settings (including your activation info) are saved in the WordPress database, wp_config table, NS_SNAutoPoster row. You can just restore the value of this row from the backup.

    I am posting this here, because it’s actually does not related to the fact if it’s a free plugin or “Pro” upgrade, so it might be useful to other people.
