    It really helps to provide a link to your site for basic review.
    You could try resetting your permalinks.
    You could also test for conflicts.

    Since I upgrade to the new e-commerce, I am unable to check out. I keep getting an error message stating unable to process payment as the shipping address provided by the merchant is unavailable and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address. Also my check out form does not show billing city, I had to put city in manually, but the description “billing city” is not visible. The error message I mentioned above has now changed to another error message. The fact is I cannot checkout.
